Ductile Iron Pipe fittings are in accordance with EN545 and ISO2531. Ductile iron pipes are centrifugally cast with high strength, better hardness and even wall thickness, they are easy to install with flexible push-in joint and rubber gasket. Ductile Iron Pipe fittings are widely used in various pipeline projects for water conservancy, petroleum and urban public facilities.
Coating:
1.For Ductile iron pipes, inner surface cement lining according to ISO4179 and outer surface zinc plus bitumen lining according to ISO8179.
2.For Ductile iron fittings, inner cement lining and outside black bitumen, or electrostratic coated with blue powder varnish.
Packing:
Pipes are packed with galvanized steel belt and shipped in bulk.
Fittings are packed by plywood cases. |
